Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work 50–60 hours per week.
• Minimum two years management experience.
• Minimum two years' experience in full service or fast casual restaurant.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Keke's must be your primary place of employment.
• Able to communicate and understand the predominant language of the trading area.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow all policies and training programs.
• Provide welcoming, responsive, friendly service.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standards.
• Achieve sales, service, quality and cleanliness objectives through training.
• Control cash handling and reconciliation per policies.
• Make employment and termination decisions.
• Cover shifts to ensure guest service standards.
• Develop staff in managerial and professional development.
• Prepare paperwork, reports and schedules timely.
• Ensure equipment is clean and well maintained.
• Ensure deliveries meet policies and are proper.
• Oversee performance appraisals.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and control costs.
• Enforce policies and corrective actions.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Plan and carry out restaurant marketing and promotions.
• Handle daily POS and Back Office adjustments.
