Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe in Palm Springs is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations, training and leadership to hit sales, service and quality goals. You will ensure guest satisfaction, manage food quality and sanitation, and drive staff development to maintain efficiency and positive morale.

Requirements include 21+ years old, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and experience in full-service or fast casual environments.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house operations and/or assistant management experience.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate POS.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language of the trading area.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive and courteous service at all times.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation, following recipes and standards.
• Meet company objectives in sales, service and appearance through staff development.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and control labor costs.
• Prepare forms, reports and schedules in an organized manner.
