Job summary

Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Flamingo Partners is hiring a General Manager for the Wellington location. You will oversee planning, staffing, training and leadership to reach sales and service goals while maintaining food quality and sanitation.

Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, enforcing policies, and optimizing labor and costs. Strong leadership, extensive restaurant experience and flexibility to work long hours are required.

Qualifications

• Front-of-house management experience of at least three years.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system/cash register.
• Must be 21+ and able to communicate in the local language.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to achieve sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation to restaurant standards.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and control labor costs.
• Handle employee performance and corrective actions per policies.
