Job summary

Maverick Transportation, LLC is seeking a Breakdowns Coordinator in North Little Rock, AR. The role handles field calls and forms for mechanical breakdowns affecting deliveries, coordinating with vendors, and updating maintenance software. Monday–Friday, 3pm–midnight shifts. Qualifications

• Time effective reception of breakdowns for drivers with issues requiring roadside assistance.
• Ability to communicate real-time updates including ETAs, vendor correspondence, costs, and delays.
• Read maps through portals/telematics to direct breakdown assistance and drive completion.

Responsibilities

• Receive and triage breakdowns for drivers and coordinate with vendors.
• Provide real-time updates to drivers, vendors, and internal teams with ETA and status.
• Ensure repairs follow company policies and accurate data is input into maintenance software.
• Assist in supervision and communication during accidents or cargo issues.
