Job summary

PS Logistics is looking for a Breakdown Coordinator to handle inbound calls and coordinate maintenance issues for drivers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation industry.

The position requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and support drivers effectively during breakdown situations. This is an hourly role with no guarantees for career progression.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous call center, service writer, or mechanical experience is preferred.
• Experience in the transportation industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls to coordinate maintenance issues.
• Execute vendor management program and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain communication with drivers and vendors regarding repairs.
