Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking an HP Printer Break Fix Hardware Technician to join the Service Support Department.

This role focus is repairing and maintaining HP PC and Printer hardware at customer sites in Montana, with emphasis on on-site service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and be able to travel within the Montana region, including heavy lifting and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience, especially with PC and printer equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware training or college experience preferred.
• Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including holidays and non-traditional shifts.
