Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Repair Technician for our technology client in Durham, NC. The role involves diagnosing, test­ing, and repairing point of sale equipment such as printers, displays, and scanners. Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and teamwork are essential.

The position offers $16 per hour, with M-F shifts 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm and rotating Saturdays. Weekly pay, and eligibility to enroll in benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in electronics repair or assembly.
• Ability to follow testing scripts and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Strong documentation skills for tracking processes, parts usage, and inventory.
• Knowledge of hand tools and small component repairs.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use software for repair tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, test, and repair point of sale equipment (printers, displays, scanners, etc.).

• Assist with special projects (shipping, sorting, packaging, refurbishing).
• Clean, test, reassemble, and update units with necessary software/firmware.
