Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and merchandised for sales and markdowns.
• Create and execute best practices to drive sales, turn, and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele to support local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events to meet sales goals.
• Operate Macy's POS systems and company devices to complete transactions.
