• Minimum 1 year selling or retail experience.
• Ability to build relationships and convert customers into clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Act as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Keep sales floor neat, signed, and ready for sales/markdowns.
• Develop best practices to improve sales, turns, and gross margin.
• Build brand-specific clientele for local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events to boost sales.
• Operate Macy's POS and devices to complete sales warmly.
• Foster inclusive customer, colleague, and community relations.
