Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Safety, Nutrition, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical services, food quality, regulatory, or product development.
• Experience reviewing specifications, recipes, labels, and customer requirements.
• Experience with ERP, product lifecycle, customer-portal, document-control, or project-management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare bid sheets, questionnaires, customer forms, technical packages, and product specifications.
• Maintain current customer-approved information for ingredients, suppliers, packaging, claims, certifications, quality characteristics, shelf life, and legal statements.
• Provide documentation back to customers through approved portals and maintain cross-references to internal records.
• Manage portal entries, specification status, retailer/co-manufacturer specification setup, migrations, and version control.
• Review recipes, materials, product changes, and PCOs for customer, brand, compliance, and documentation impacts.
• Coordinate customer-required nutrition or raw material testing, product verification, and alignment to internal specifications.
