Job summary

Kettle Cuisine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Services Specialist – Brand & Product Compliance to drive customer and product-compliance activities from bid through launch and post-launch changes.

This role is based at our Lynn, MA or Savage, MD facilities and requires meticulous documentation and cross-functional coordination. You will manage customer portals, specifications, supplier data, and nutrition/claims validations, ensuring accurate, up-to-date records across internal and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years in technical services, food quality, regulatory, product development, or customer quality.
• Experience reviewing specifications, recipes, labels, customer requirements, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid sheets, questionnaires, customer forms, technical packages, and product specifications.
• Maintain current customer-approved information for ingredients, suppliers, packaging, claims, certifications, quality characteristics, shelf life, and legal statements.
• Provide documentation back to customers through approved portals and maintain cross-references to internal records.
• Manage portal entries, specification status, retailer/co-manufacturer specification setup, migrations, and version control.
• Review recipes, materials, product changes, and PCOs for customer, brand, compliance, and documentation impacts.
• Coordinate customer-required nutrition or raw material testing, product verification, and sensory/specification entry and alignment to internal specifications.
