CDW is seeking a Solution Specialist to drive revenue in a defined brand and product set. You will work with CDW Account Managers, leadership, and partners on opportunities from quotes to deals, focusing on net new business for CDW and the assigned brand.

You’ll become a subject matter expert, align field efforts, train territory teams, and develop quarterly sales plans while reporting on progress and market trends. CDW emphasizes AI adoption and collaborative problem-solving across the org.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required plus 2 years in sales/marketing, or 6 years in sales/marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated multitasking and strong financial acumen.
• Strategic thinker able to analyze information and market trends.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing AI-forward environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a subject matter expert on designated partner’s products, programs and go-to-market strategies and communicate them to CDW sales.
• Assist CDW sales and designated partner with field alignment and account mapping within assigned territory.
• Attend customer-facing events and conference calls to communicate the value add of CDW and the partner.
• Facilitate training for assigned territory on partner’s products, services, and programs.
• Assist the partner and Product and Partner Management contacts in messaging and promotions.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans.
• Complete monthly scorecards identifying sales engagement, pipeline, and market trends.
• Cultivate relationships between partner sales team, CDW Sales, & Leadership teams.
• Provide comprehensive reporting on brand performance, category performance, and industry trends.
