Job summary

Stanton Optical in the United States is seeking a Brand Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop talent, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will collaborate with Clinical services and the Support Center, analyze performance data, and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.

An associate degree or 2 years store management experience is preferred; ABO/NCLE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years store management required or preferred.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; must be willing to earn within the first year.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups and partners.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Coordinate customer repairs and ensure accurate on-time deliveries.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
