Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willing to earn within the first year.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Perform basic customer lens-related tasks to expedite delivery of eyeglasses.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to ensure 100% patient satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
