Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE Certification preferred; willingness to earn within first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Partner with Clinical services to support operations.
• Analyze reports to monitor staff performance and goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to align on outcomes.
• Perform simple customer lens repairs, edge lenses, and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
