Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the Mishawaka store, overseeing talent acquisition, training, and performance development while delivering outstanding patient experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with Clinical services, manage schedules, maintain brand standards in the lab, and drive customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, process discipline, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Willing to earn ABO/NCLE certification within the first year.
• At least 3 years of leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and talent development; include direct recruiting and training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services and HR.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee lens assembly, repairs, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
