Stanton Optical seeks a Brand Manager to lead store talent development and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while championing brand standards and collaboration with Clinical services.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance data, partnering with HR/Support Center, and ensuring timely eyewear fulfillment. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• ABO/NCLE certification preferred; willing to earn within the first year.
• 3+ years of leadership in fast-paced retail.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, development and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development, including recruiting and training.
• Build partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff meet goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR.
• Ensure lab/eyewear prep meets brand standards and timely delivery.
• Ensure on-time patient orders.
