Job summary

Stanton Optical in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Brand Manager to lead the store, recruit and develop talent, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance reports, and supervise lab operations to ensure on-time delivery and brand standards across the location. This role requires an associate degree or 2 years of store management, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Willingness to earn ABO/NCLE certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting, partner with Recruiting Department, train new team members and ongoing development plans for store associates.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to ensure staff achieve desired goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and HR.
• Oversee simple customer repairs, lens edging, and ensure on-time delivery of eyewear.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
