Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience in a higher complexity store environment. You will translate brand guidance into daily actions, coach Supervisors and Associates, and drive visual standards and selling behaviors aligned with the Brand’s objectives.

Responsibilities include talent management, scheduling, and collaboration with leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and strong top-line performance.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to drive action.
• Strong sense of self-awareness and openness to feedback.
• Proven ability to develop direct reports and grow talent.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in varied settings.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• They ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance and objectives.
• Own visual execution by translating brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Oversee product storytelling, emotional tone, and selling behaviors on the floor.
• Provide talent lifecycle support including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance management.
• Direct reports include PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or complex environments and guide business direction.
