Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business and ensure visual standards.
• Coach and develop store Supervisors and Associates to achieve sales and service goals.
• Interpret brand direction into daily priorities, storytelling, and selling behaviors.
• Manage talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to execute plans and optimize store performance.
