Job summary

Faire is seeking a Brand Success professional to coach and manage a book of ~250 brands, driving sales, adoption of Faire Direct, and participation in brand-funded programs. You will engage across emails, calls, and meetings to maximize outcomes and provide actionable customer feedback for product improvements.

You will work in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment, collaborating across teams to accelerate growth and deliver measurable results for diverse brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using fundamental sales and data tools (e.g. Salesforce, data visualization software, call recording tools).
• Customer-obsessed approach with strong advocacy for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Engage brands via email, phone, in person, and video calls.
• Own your book of business and the revenue outcomes you drive.
• Develop and manage relationships built on trust and credibility.
• Drive adoption and usage of Faire Direct to maximize retailer acquisition.
• Coach brands in programs like Ads and Insider Partnership.
• Identify growth opportunities and guide from strategy to execution.
• Communicate product releases and updates to accounts.
• Synthesize customer feedback to inform product development.
