Job summary

Faire is seeking a Senior Brand Success Manager fluent in Korean and English to partner with a portfolio of 200-250 brands. Remote role across the US with a strong focus on sales enablement and brand growth.

You will coach brands on Faire's tools, programs, and events, driving revenue and adoption while collaborating with support, product, design, and marketing. Equity and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Salesforce, data visualization software, and call-recording tools.
• Customer obsessed and motivated to exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage with brands via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Own your book of business and revenue outcomes you’re responsible for driving.
• Develop and manage brand relationships built on trust and credibility.
• Drive adoption and usage of Faire Direct to maximize retailer acquisition.
• Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy through execution.
• Communicate product updates to accounts and relay customer feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, design, and marketing.
• Leverage data and reports to inform actions and beat goals.
