Faire is seeking a Brand Success professional to manage a book of 200–250 brands, coaching them to maximize sales on Faire’s wholesale platform. You’ll engage brands, drive adoption of Faire Direct, and upsell new products and programs, leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and strengthen pitches.

This quota-based role emphasizes customer obsession, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed goals while working in a hybrid environment in major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Korean language fluency to support top performing apparel brands.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development in fast-paced environments; experience with sales/data tools.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on small business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Regularly engage brands via email, calls, video, and in-person meetings.
• Own your book of business and the revenue outcomes you drive.
• Build trusted relationships and drive high-value adoption of Faire Direct and brand-funded programs.
• Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy to execution.
