Faire is seeking a Brand Success Manager to partner with and coach ~250 brands on Faire’s wholesale platform. You will drive revenue outcomes and adoption of programs like Ads and Insider, across a book of brands with a data-driven, customer-first approach.

This role offers equity, competitive pay, and a hybrid work model with office days in SF and NY for collaboration. You’ll engage brands via email, calls, and video, analyze data to uncover growth, and work cross-functionally with product,

Formación

• 3–5 years of sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using fundamental sales and data tools like Salesforce, data visualization software, and call recording tools.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with ability to advocate for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Engage brands via email, phone, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Own your book of business and revenue outcomes you’re responsible for driving.
• Develop and manage trusted brand relationships.
• Drive adoption of Faire Direct and brand-funded programs.
• Identify growth opportunities and coach from strategy to execution.
• Communicate product updates to accounts.
• Share voice of the customer to help product teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support brand success.
• Use data and reports to track goals and drive action.
• Stay adaptable and foster an inclusive team culture.
