Faire is seeking a Brand Success Manager to coach a book of 200–250 brands, driving revenue and adoption across Faire's wholesale platform. You will engage brands, build trusted relationships, and upsell programs such as Ads and Insider while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value. Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean to support top-performing apparel brands.
• 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment; experience with Salesforce and data tools.
• Customer-obsessed: advocate for customers and understand small business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with brands via email, phone, in person, and video calls.
• Own your book of business and revenue outcomes.
• Develop and manage customer relationships built on trust and credibility.
• Drive adoption of Faire Direct to maximize retailer acquisition.
• Drive adoption and retention in brand-funded programs (Ads and Insider).
• Identify growth opportunities and coach brands from strategy through execution.
• Communicate new product releases to your accounts.
• Synthesize feedback to help prioritize product development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with support, product, design, and marketing.
• Use data and reports to drive action toward goals.
• Be relentlessly resourceful and adaptable to change.
