Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise on the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive store performance through excellent customer experiences.

Expect 12-16 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability; no formal supervisory experience required, but leadership aptitude is valued. You’ll support opening/closing, POS operations, and visual merchandising while staying adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close routines on the store floor.
• Operate Register/POS and process sales.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
