Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to guide store floor operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will help drive daily sales and deliver a quality in-store experience through effective supervision and customer engagement.

You’ll perform opening/closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and build compelling visual displays while analyzing reports to inform decisions. Availability on weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
