Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will help ensure smooth store operations, support customer experience, and drive daily sales while maintaining visual standards.

You’ll be involved in opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel orders, and presenting current fashion trends. A strong customer focus and energetic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Leadership experience not required but welcome.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
