Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to support store leadership and drive on-floor performance. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring excellent customer experiences and sales execution on the floor.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, and omni-channel order fulfillment. You will stay energized, adaptable, and engaged in learning with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
