Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring for a Key Lead to oversee in-store experiences, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales performance. This role sits on the store leadership team and focuses on customer experiences and team achievement.

The position requires strong communication, adaptability, and a proactive attitude to maintain brand standards and operational excellence on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines.
• Operate the register and POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values.
