Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure the in-store experience and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will lead operations, coach the team, and drive daily sales while maintaining brand standards and store performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
