Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help drive daily sales and store performance.

You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand culture. Availability on weekends and peak seasons is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, proactive and adaptable.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
