Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as leader on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
• All store positions require physical activity including standing, walking, lifting; lift up to 50 pounds.
