Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
• Thrives in a consumer-first retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability; able to coach in the moment.
• Must meet physical demands and be available for peak days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and execute operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including deposits, shipments, and disseminating directives.
• Set daily direction and goals for the team; provide feedback to leadership.
• Lead in-store experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and the consumer experience.
