Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing associates and delivering outstanding consumer experiences across stores. You will lead the brand experience team, drive selling excellence, and support growth through leadership on duty and collaboration with the leadership team.

The role requires supervising a fast-paced retail team, coaching for performance, executing opening/closing routines, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in a supervisory role in retail preferred.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead opening/closing duties and store operations.
• Guide team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates.
