Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader to develop associates, deliver exceptional consumer experiences, and drive growth across stores. Leaders are frontline, retail-savvy ambassadors who thrive on connecting with customers and strengthening the brand.

In this role you will train and motivate associates, reinforce selling expectations, and ensure safety, operational excellence, and strong visual standards on the floor on peak days

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
Partner with leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, shipment receipt, and dissemination of company directives.
Set daily/shift direction and goals for the team.
Provide individual and team performance feedback to leadership.
Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Values and product knowledge.

Education

High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience
