Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as a leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the brand experience leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs, sharing product info, demos, and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the consumer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to standards and expectations.
• Open and close shifts on high-traffic days and holidays.
