Job summary

Bath & Body Works in the United States is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader. You will develop associates, deliver outstanding consumer experiences, and push growth across stores.

You will lead a team of sales associates, demonstrate product knowledge, coach performance, and ensure safe, engaging store operations on peak days and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and consumer experience results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred in retail.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead as on-duty supervisor to address consumer experience or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and communicate directives.
• Set daily direction for the team and monitor performance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve selling and service.
• Model selling behaviors and deepen product knowledge.
• Make personalized recommendations based on consumer needs.
