Responsibilities

• Represent the brand reflecting URBN values and provide extraordinary service to customers.
• Lead by example, communicate daily goals and support sales through engaging interactions.
• Support omni-channel experience through MPOS, POS, and curbside/in-store pickup processes.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and visual/display standards to drive store profitability.
• Support onboarding of new hires and share product knowledge with the team.
