Urban Outfitters is seeking a full-time Key Holder to support the opening of Reclectic’s new location in Kennesaw, GA. This role reports to store leadership and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting daily store operations.

You will lead by example, guide team members, manage in-store tasks, promote products, and ensure safety and policy compliance. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
