Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping guests feel great about their day. You’ll be the face of AE/Aerie, passionate about the products and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model, assist on the salesfloor, fitting room, stockroom, and wrap areas, and represent our values with energy, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great service.
• You’re energetic and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You’re available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products and have retail exposure.
• You’re at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
