Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a friendly, team-focused approach.

You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while maintaining high energy in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience and evening/weekend availability are a plus.

Qualifications

• Be a people person and engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products and assist with recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Provide proactive guest service while adhering to company policy.
• Maintain integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program and channels.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following policy.
• Support team with a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Adhere to company policies and act with integrity.
