Job summary

Macy's seeks an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor knowledge. You will upsell, greet customers, and build brand-specific clientele while coordinating with stylists and leadership to execute merchandising initiatives.

Full-time role with 30+ hours per week, benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and paid holidays. You will work on the sales floor, using Macy's POS systems and company devices to close transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous selling or retail experience required.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience and prioritize the customer.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor for sales and markdowns.
• Plan and lead customer facing vendor events to drive sales.
