Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, drive sales, and provide a standout shopping experience in our store. You will greet clients, present products, and guide them through the Lovesac journey from first contact to sale, while representing the brand with integrity.

You will contribute to a fast-paced, customer-first environment, uphold brand standards, and support daily store operations. Strong communication and a passion for helping customers design spaces are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and meetings as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver excellent service, and build relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, deliver engaging tours, education, and confidently close sales.
