Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help people design products that fit their lifestyle and space.

You will greet clients with energy, demonstrate products, close sales, and build lasting relationships while upholding Lovesac values and a customer-first experience on the sales floor. This role requires flexibility during peak periods and occasional travel to local stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to lift/move objects up to 75 pounds when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling and following the Lovesac process.
• Drive sales by building genuine connections that foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, delivering education and confidently closing sales.
• Support store operations and uphold brand standards during all interactions.
