Lovesac is looking for a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver standout service, and help people design rooms that fit their lifestyle. You will greet clients, present Lovesac products, and guide them through the buying journey with energy and product knowledge.

Join a fast-paced, customer-first team and contribute to store goals while using CRM tools to track interactions and drive future outreach. This role is at our retail locations in Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work during weekends, holidays, and nights during peak periods.
• Willing to travel to local stores and support teams as needed with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Drive results by building genuine connections that foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, delivering exceptional service and lasting relationships.
