You will greet clients, present the Lovesac selling process, close sales, and build lasting relationships while representing the brand with energy and integrity.

18+ required; weekend/holiday availability; ability to lift 75 lbs; comfortable with CRM tools. Lovesac offers extensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assemble furniture on the sales floor.
• Comfort using internal CRM systems for customer interactions and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, educate, and close sales.
• Provide engaging product tours and meaningful brand education to customers.
• Assist with store operations, promotions, and uphold brand standards.
