Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a sales associate in a fast-paced retail setting in Emeryville, CA. You will greet customers, educate them on products, and close sales with a focus on the Lovesac selling process and customer experience.

You will build relationships, maintain product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming store environment while meeting daily sales targets and KPIs. This role requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel locally to stores and meetings as required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities
