The role emphasizes in-store experience, learning Lovesac products, and contributing to a positive team culture while meeting sales goals. Flexibility for weekends and evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
• Effective communication, integrity, and ability to manage customer data and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell while following the Lovesac selling process.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end and close sales confidently.
