Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate in California to connect with customers, guide them through our flexible Sacs and Sactionals lineup, and drive memorable shopping experiences on the sales floor.

You will greet clients, demonstrate products, and maintain store standards while collaborating with teammates to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights during peak periods.
• Able to travel to local stores and events as required.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, lift up to 75 pounds, and assemble furniture.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and actively sell using the Lovesac process.
• Build loyalty through genuine connections and drive repeat business.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end with curiosity and adaptability.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs while maintaining exceptional service.
